Second-hand only works on trust. Here is exactly how we handle delivery, what happens when something is wrong, and why we will not take a pair back because you changed your mind.

Delivery
- Where do you deliver?
- Nationwide across Pakistan by courier. Orders are dispatched within one to two working days of payment being confirmed, and most addresses receive within three to five days.
- What does delivery cost?
- Free. It is quoted on the product page and confirmed on WhatsApp before anything is sent — you will never be surprised by a figure at the end.
- Can I track it?
- Yes. We send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is collected.

Paying
- How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery, bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. We agree the method on WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Why are prices not shown on the site?
- Because stock moves fast and every pair is priced individually on its condition. Message us about a specific pair and you get a straight number — no haggling theatre.

Returns and condition
- What if the pair is not as described?
- Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we take it back and refund in full, delivery included. That is our mistake to carry, not yours.
- Can I return a pair I simply changed my mind about?
- No. Every pair is one of one — once it leaves us it has been off sale for days, and we cannot restock it. Measure against the size guide and ask us anything before you commit. We would rather answer five questions than process a return.
- How honest are the condition ratings?
- Every pair carries a rating out of ten and a written note of every flaw we can see, photographed. A 10/10 that is second-hand is described as "like new", never "deadstock". We would rather lose a sale than oversell a shoe.

Holds and availability
- Can you hold a pair for me?
- Yes — use "Reserve this pair" on any product page. It comes off sale for everyone else for 2 hours. If you do not confirm in that window it goes back up automatically, so nobody sits on stock they are not buying.
- It says sold. Will you get another?
- Almost certainly not in that size. These are thrifted finds, not wholesale lines — each one is sourced individually. Tell us your size on WhatsApp and we will message you when something close comes through.

Authenticity
- Are the shoes authentic?
- Each product page says exactly where it stands. Where we have checked a pair against retail references we say "verified original". Where we have not, we say that too, and price it accordingly. We never guess, and we never call something original to make a sale.
